Price is one of the highest-leverage decisions in SaaS. A 1% improvement in pricing can drive up to an 11% increase in profits.

And yet it’s still one of the most underestimated problems founders have.

Most teams treat pricing as a number on a page. Something they tweak once a year, usually when growth slows down or churn creeps up.

This is how we approach pricing. We don’t start from the number. We break pricing into three decisions:

  • what you charge

  • how you distribute features across tiers

  • what you deliberately exclude to create a real upgrade path

Until those three are defined, the number doesn’t matter.

Most founders don’t have a system for this, so they default to copying competitors, undercutting on price, or overloading the base tier.

We’ll use Alex Hormozi’s $100M Offers as the decision framework: not as theory, but as a way to systematically decide what goes where and what’s worth paying for.

And instead of applying it manually every time, we’ll build an agent to do it for us.

📙 In this guide, we’ll build a Claude Code agent that takes your product, ICP, feature list, and competitors, and turns them into a complete pricing architecture: tiers, feature placement, exclusions, pricing, and a ready-to-use pricing page!
