Last year, I hit goals that once felt impossible.

🏃‍♂️ I ran a 101KM trail race.
📈 I grew my newsletter from 1K to 25K subscribers.
💼 I participated in 2 Series A rounds and 1 Seed round.
🔥 I met some of the coolest people in the world

And for the first time ever, I completed all the goals I set for myself.

What changed?
It wasn’t luck. It wasn’t motivation. It was process.

The Problem With Goals

Most people set goals like this:

  • Write them down on January 1st.

  • Feel inspired for a few weeks.

  • Forget about them by February.

I’ve been guilty of it too.

But last December, I decided to stop winging it. I built a simple system in Notion to connect my big vision to daily execution.

One year later, it’s clear: this system works.

The System

Here’s what my Notion template includes:

1️⃣ The Vision Board

Where do you want to be in one year?

  • Your business: Are you scaling? Launching? Pivoting?

  • Personal finances: What’s your target income or savings?

  • Health: How will you look and feel?

  • Relationships: What do you want to improve?

This is where you dream big and set the destination.

2️⃣ The Tracking Board

Big goals need small steps. Break your vision into actionable milestones, track your progress, and hold yourself accountable.

For me, this meant:

  • Training schedules for my 101KM race.

  • Weekly content goals for my newsletter.

  • Regular checkpoints for key projects and investments.

3️⃣ The Misogi

This concept changed the game for me.

A Misogi is a challenge so hard that it forces you to grow. It’s the one thing that will define your year.

My 101KM trail run was my Misogi. The mental and physical grit it required set the tone for everything else I achieved.

Why This Works

Most systems fail because they’re reactive. They focus on what’s urgent instead of what’s important.

This system flips that. It keeps your goals front and center, connects them to daily actions, and makes progress inevitable.
