Day one of Alfred's path to PMF

Hey everybody, since I’ve been writing about Product Market Fit for 2 years, I thought you would appreciate me sharing how I’m finding PMF with my new AI.

Yesterday I shared what I’m building and I got:

200 free subscribers and 4 paid subscribers.

Not bad for a first day. I have around 3 more paid subs in the waitlist ready to onboard that probably will do tomorrow.

This is what Alfred does:

In Jan 2024 I started growing my newsletter. 1,5 years later I have +100K subscribers across 3 different nls, all from organic growth🤯 .

But there is one problem:

There is one big challenge with newsletters:

The content is static.

You see, I write about how I see best founders solve the hardest problems to grow, scale and build big companies

It's very valuable for many people, but at the end of the day, it might not be aplicable to all the readers.

Content is limited by its lack of possibility to adapt to the user (and that's the biggest difference with software)

This problem has been bothering me since day on of writing the newsletter, but I couldn't figure out any way to solve it. Until now.

I'n trying something new:
